Series of 35W bridge updates continue this month
The Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) continues its series of informational briefings on the 35W bridge project, including updates on timing, budget, upcoming construction and overall progress. A Q&A follows each briefing.
The early morning meetings take place 7:30–8:30 a.m. in the Rock Island Room at the Depot Minneapolis Renaissance Hotel, 225 Third Ave. S. Those interested in attending may RSVP by calling 612-236-6901 or sending an email to colincox@himlehorner.com.
MNDoT is also continuing its Saturday morning “Sidewalk Superintendent Talks.” at 11 a.m. on the 10th Avenue Bridge, which overlooks the construction site. The talks are open to the public and no reservations or tickets are required.
The talks, conducted by representatives of Flatiron-Manson Construction Company, are intended to give members of the community a chance to ask questions and express their concerns about the project.
