Local author, academic, activist and current president of the Marcy-Holmes Neighborhood Association, Arvonne Fraser, will read from her new book, “She’s No Lady,” at 2 pm on Sunday, Nov. 11, at the Virginia Street Swedenborgian Church on 170 Virgina Street in St. Paul. THe reading is sponsored by Common Good Books, Garrison Keillor’s bookstore at 165 Western Ave. N. in St. Paul.
