Darfur: Documenting Genocide — Oct. 11–17

The University of Minnesota’s Center for Genocide and Holocaust Studies and the Minnesota Genocide Intervention Network host a week of events about the ongoing situation in Darfur, including multiple screenings of The Devil Came on Horseback, a documentary film, at the Bell Museum.

A lecture by Dr. Sam Totten, author of Genocide in Darfur: The Atrocities Documentation Project will be held on Thursday, Oct. 11 at 7:30 p.m. in room 25 of Mondale Hall at the University of Minnesota Law School, and an interactive exhibit called “Camp Darfur” will be on display at the State Capitol building in St. Paul on Saturday, Oct. 13.
