The following week, on Tuesday, Sept. 11, representatives from the Minneapolis Public Works Department will present proposed changes relating to parking, traffic restrictions and street striping for Southeast Fifth Street and Central, Hennepin and First avenues Northeast in the East Bank neighborhood and along the Marcy Holmes border.
