Road to Freedom educational bus exhibit — Friday, Aug. 17

To commemorate the 17th anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Road to Freedom bus will be making a stop in Minneapolis. The exhibit includes a multimedia presentation and a display that “guides viewers through the civil rights struggle for people with disabilities.” Special guest Jim Ward, president of ADA Watch and the National Coalition for Disability Rights, will be giving talks at 11:30 a.m., 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m.
