Public hearing to discuss sale of city-owned parking ramps — Tues., July 10
The City Council’s Community Development and Transportation and Public Works committees will hold a joint public hearing to discuss the proposed sale of eight public parking ramps owned by the City of Minneapolis on Tues., July 10 at 11 a.m. in City Hall, room 317.
The transactions under consideration include the sale of Riverfront Municipal Ramp, 212 9th Ave. S, to the Guthrie Theater Foundation; St. Anthony Municipal Ramp, 212 9th Ave. S, to St. Anthony Ramp LLC; and six other ramps to Alatus Partners LLC. If approved, the sales could generate more than $88 million in revenue for the city.
